Arrival day
Today we get to know each other, during the welcome meeting our guides will explain the route and deliver bikes. Dinner and overnight.

1st day: Olbia - Orosei (74 km)
In this first stage, we pay homage to the sea, with the limpid blue depths of Tavolara, the sandy waves of the Cape Comino dunes and the granite rocks of this magnificent coast.

2nd day: Orosei - Oliena (54 km)
Today, we leave the coast and move towards the interior where we can capture the true soul of Sardinia. Along the way, we explore the fascinating caves of Ispinigoli, used for religious rites in prehistoric times, and the remains of the nuraghic village of Serra Orrios.

3rd day: Oliena (rest day)
A trip in a jeep is the best way to enjoy the heart-stopping views of the Supramonte region, where the glaring white of the karst rocks is interspersed with the dark green of the Mediterranean bush. A virgin, impenetrable upland plain never conquered by the island's invaders, a land of fierce warriors, legendary bandits and shepherds. Today, before a picnic lunch in a characteristic sheepfold, we visit the Nuraghe Mereu and explore the depths of the Gola di Gorroppu, with its 250 m drops, the deepest canyon in Europe; an extraordinary natural spectacle, of harsh and savage beauty.

4th day: Oliena - Fonni (47 km)
Today's stage is not easy but our labours are well rewarded by the unspoilt timeless scenery. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, we cross the town of Oliena, one of the most characteristic settlements of this area with its wrought iron balconies and massive wooden portals. From here, we travel along the slopes of the Supramonte as far as Orgosolo where we make a short stop to admire the famous wall paintings - witnesses of past years of social unrest - the work of numerous artists. We cross the upland plain of Pratobello and reach Fonni, 1000 m asl, where we find our hotel.

5th day: Fonni - Villanovaforru (69 km)
We plunge into the chestnut woods round Tonara and board the "Green Train" which runs through the charming valley of Belv์, rich in vegetation. On the plains of the Giara, among its ponds and cork oak forests, we catch a glimpse of the small wild ponies, black and with almond-shaped eyes, which roam freely.

6th day: Villanovaforru - Pula (70 km)
The next stage brings us to Santadi, where we make a stop at the famous Winery and also visit the archaeological museum with its exhibits dating from the Neolithic period to Roman times. We pedal along the savage southern coast with its beaches of fine white sand, savour the colours and scents of the Mediterranean bush, and stand in awe before the striking rock formations of Cape Malfatano and Cape Spartivento.

Departure day
After breakfast, end of services.
