How to Book with Dolcevita:

- Talk to our office staff by email to ensure availability
- Read the Travel Conditions
- Complete the Booking Form
- Make your deposit by Transfer Order, Visa or Mastercard
- Once completed, please:

- or print and fax to +39 070 920 9885;
- or mail in a stamped, sealed envelope to Dolcevita Bike Tours, Via Cimarosa, 18 - 09010 Villa San Pietro (CA) - Italy.
After your Registration we will e-mail you a Dolcevita departure information file, and will contain:
- Detailed tour information;
- Clothing & Equipment List;
- Preparation Instructions;
- Local Information Guide for Trip Start Point;
- Quittance reflecting the deposit and the balance due;

TRAVEL CONDITIONS
The contract covering the programmes described in this brochure is governed not only by the conditions set out herein but also by the contents of Law No. 111 dated 17 March 1995, European Directory 314/90/EEC and Law No. 1084 dated 27 December 1977 which ratified the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23 April 1970. Under no circumstances will the responsibilities of the organiser be deemed to exceed the limits set out in the law quoted.
GUARANTEED PRICES
Prices quoted are shown in Euro and do not include the following goods or services: air, rail or sea tickets and transfers required to reach the meeting point or leave finishing point, bike rental. Prices are guaranteed for the whole period of validity of the programme.
BOOKINGS
To book your trip, fill in the booking form attached to this brochure and forward by FAX (+39-070-920 9885). Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability and should be considered binding only after receipt of written confirmation from the organiser.
PAYMENT: HOW MUCH & HOW
When you make your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit of 350,- Euro for the trip plus 25,- Euro for bike rental (if required). The remaining amount must be paid at least 40 days before the start of the trip. Any bookings made less than 40 days before trip start must be accompanied by the full amount. You can pay by bank draft or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, a penalty is payable as shown below (calculation is in calendar days):

The cost of your trip includes the package described in the brochure plus any extra weeks requested, bike rental, transfers or other supplements. No exceptions of any kind can be made, not even for personal emergencies.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
The organiser reserves the right to make programme changes with the sole aim of improving the quality of the package or participants' comfort.
TRIP CANCELLATION
In the - remote - event that the organiser is forced to cancel a trip due to failure to reach full group numbers, participants who have already booked will be fully reimbursed for all payments made up to the moment of cancellation. The organiser shall not be deemed responsible for the payment of costs covering trip preparation such as air tickets.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
The organiser shall not be liable for any damage/injury (physical or otherwise) to participants as a result of the physical activity performed during the trip, the consumption of alcohol, breakage of equipment and materials, the lack or limited nature of medical assistance in isolated localities, causes of "force majeure" or for any other reason which, within the limits of professional diligence, could not have been foreseen or resolved. The organiser is not responsible for expenses (transportation, meals, hotels) not included in the programme but necessary to reach the meeting point or to leave the finishing point on conclusion of the trip.
COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION
For any controversy which might arise, the court of competent jurisdiction is that of Cagliari.
