1st day: tour start day
Private transfer to Arbus or independent arrival, overnight.

2nd day: The Costa Verde and the Dunes of Piscinas (49 km)
Discovery day. In Arbus, visit the knife's museum, holder of the world's heaviest knife. Then bike through the natural beauty spots of the Costa Verde, some of the most savage scenery on the island, to the Piscinas beach with its sands dunes over 50 m high - some of the highest in Europe. Ride: approx. 49km

3rd day: Arbus - Nebida. The mines of Sulcis (41 km)
This leg takes you back into the ancient mining past of Sardinia, as you pass the fascinating abandoned mines of Buggerru and Planusartu. After the golden beach of Portixeddu and looming mass of Pan di Zucchero cliff, admire the old ore washery at Nebida: nestling in the varied colours of the Mediterranean bush, it looks out over the sea at the end of a long descente down 540 steps.

4th day: Gonnesa - Calasetta. The island of Carloforte (43 km)
After an exciting descent to Fontanamare, you reach Portoscuso, and cross over to the island of Carloforte, where locals still fish the Red Tuna fish. From Carloforte, continue to the island of Sant'Antioco and end your day in Calasetta.

5th day: Sant'Antioco island loop tour (38 km)
Discovery day. Enjoy the swimming pool of the hotel or get on your bike again for a loop of Sant’Antioco. Alternatively cycle back to Carloforte and stroll along its narrow streets or explore the island to Capo Sandalo.

6th day: Calasetta - S. Anna Arresi (40 km)
Pedal through the meadows, green in springtime and golden yellow in Autumn, of the Isle of Sant'Antioco. At Tratalias, visit the Pisan sanctuary, one of the most important monuments of the Sardinian Romanesque period. Riding along quiet country lanes, savour the peace of the rolling plains of Sulcis.

7th day: Sant'Anna Arresi loop tour (50 km)
Discovery day. Cycling down to Porto Pino to watch flamingos and many other birds. Alternatively, cycle to Santadi to taste some of the best wines in Sardinia at the celebrated local winery.

8th day: Sant'Anna Arresi - Pula. The South Coast (57 km)
Final catwalk of your bike tour is the beautiful Costa del Sud with its gleaming white beaches, unspoilt natural landscape and imposing cliffs: Cape Malfatano with its 16th Century tower and Cape Spartivento. Before Pula, relax on the charming Caribbean look beach of Chia.

9th day: discovery day, Pula
Visit the ancient Phoenician and then Roman settlement of Nora. After some shopping in Pula, celebrate the end of your tour sipping a glass of mirto, the local spirit, in the piazzetta.

10th day: end of tour
After breakfast, end of services.
